My favourite version of an idea is one that works.
When developing a product, I consider its business model, software and infrastructure as a whole. I think through how it will work, how people will use it in practice and how it will grow over time.
I lead software, infrastructure and security projects at BYSU Teknoloji A.Ş. My day-to-day work ranges from reviewing a product's business model to investigating a server, network connection or data pipeline.
When developing a new business, I consider what the product needs to do, how it will work and what it will take to operate it. I take part in architecture, development and testing.
This work also extends to projects and collaborations across different countries.

Software, security and infrastructure
At BYSU Teknoloji A.Ş., we work on software, cybersecurity and managed infrastructure for organisations. We bring together the work from understanding the need to development and ongoing operation.
My focus: Business development, technical direction and project management.
Infrastructure and operations
The servers, networks and storage that run software are also part of my work. At BYSU Datacenter, I work on hosting, management and day-to-day operations using infrastructure operated by BYSU.
My focus: Systems architecture, network infrastructure and operations.
E-commerce and operations management
With BYSU One, we are bringing e-commerce management, integrations, customer support and shipping management into a shared software platform. The scope also includes a call centre system and workflow automation. Our aim is to manage the work from sales to customer communication together, rather than through disconnected tools.
My focus: Product architecture, integrations and operations automation.
Device connectivity and secure access
I work on connectivity that separates access to field devices from the SIM card and IP address provided by the mobile operator. BYSU Connect enables authorised access through an IP address and port assigned on the BYSU side, without requiring a separate operator-provided static IP service for each device.
My focus: Connectivity architecture, device integration and access security.
Recovery after ransomware incidents
At BYSU, we work on analysing and recovering data made inaccessible by ransomware. We assess each case on its own technical conditions, focusing on making the data usable again.

Data platforms
I work on platforms that track and compare changes in public social media data over time. Sosyal Endeks brings these projects together: Siyasal Endeks focuses on politics and the public sector, while Kurumsal Endeks focuses on organisations and brands.
My focus: Product structure, data collection processes and analytics infrastructure.
Before recommending a product, I want to understand what is not working and what needs to change. Sometimes that calls for new software; sometimes simplifying the existing system is enough.
An architecture that looks right on paper is not enough. I pay attention to how connections, data flows and security controls behave in real use.
Alongside setup costs, I consider maintenance, dependencies and the needs that will emerge as the system grows.
I also take part in security assessments, penetration testing and remediation for infrastructure and connected-device projects.
